The Gulshan Experience Centre in Noida is a marketing office designed for Gulshan Homz that sets a new standard for luxury interior design in commercial spaces, offering a captivating and innovative experience. It is more than just a sales gallery; it is a bold statement to the vision of Gulshan Group in redefining luxury living. From the beginning, the image for the experience centre was clear—to create an environment that’s transitional, flexible, and transcends mere functionality. It aims to engage all the senses, evoking emotions and fostering a profound and personal connection with the surroundings, offering a museum-like innovative experience.

Every aspect of the centre’s design, from the layout to the unique and detailed elements, has been meticulously curated to convey a sense of luxury and sophistication. The interiors are a symphony of fluidity and curves, embracing organic forms that mimic nature’s gentle arcs. A triple-height lobby marks the grand entrance, immediately captivating visitors with its dynamic and engaging atmosphere. As they step through, they are enveloped in an aura of elegance with the Gold curve, setting the stage for the luxurious experience that awaits

Water bodies are seamlessly integrated throughout the space, blurring the boundaries between indoors and outdoors and fostering a sense of harmony with the natural environment. This innovative approach to design enhances the centre’s aesthetic appeal and promotes sustainability and well-being. This unique feature creates a profound sense of tranquillity and connection with nature, making visitors feel at peace and deeply connected.

The Gulshan Experience Center is more than just a physical space — it is an immersive journey combining luxury, sustainability, and well-being. It is a space where one can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, finding solace in the gentle embrace of fluid lines, lush greenery, and the soothing presence of water. From its thoughtful design elements to its commitment to environmental stewardship, the centre offers a holistic and memorable experience that resonates with visitors long after they have left.

Project Details

The arrival lobby of the Experience Centre is meticulously designed to captivate the human senses, with aspects like Intricate sculptures, innovative benches, and a ceiling with a ripple effect that engages sight and touch. The furnishings within this environment echo the fluidity of the architecture, with curvaceous sofas and chairs inviting you to sink into their embrace. Tables and countertops boast softly rounded edges, mirroring the organic shapes found in nature. Soft, diffused lighting enhances the sense of tranquillity, casting warm pools of illumination that dance across the surfaces.

As one steps inside, one is greeted by sinuous pathways that guide you through the space, seemingly winding like a river through a lush landscape. The water features meander through the interiors, their surfaces rippling gently, reflecting the play of light and shadow. The journey through the centre is carefully orchestrated, with each space offering its unique ambience and purpose. The café, a pioneer in embracing a farm-to-table concept with indoor hydroponic farming, provides a refreshing dining experience and is a testament to sustainability and innovation. 

The experience centre boasts impressive features, including a state-of-the-art conference room, a comfortable lounge, and an architectural model room. It includes an advanced AV room, a dedicated discussion room, a comprehensive design centre, and a fully furnished sample apartment. The spaces cater to diverse needs, providing an ideal environment for meetings, collaboration, relaxation, and showcasing design concepts. The conference room is doused in rich brown tones and wooden accents that exude warmth and refinement, creating an ideal setting for product discussions. With its carefully crafted colour palette and intricate gold details, the lounge area exudes sophistication and charm, inviting visitors to relax and unwind. Privacy is paramount in the private dining area, and the design has been carefully curated to create an intimate and exclusive atmosphere. A statement art piece adorns the background wall, while the subtle glow of overhead chandelier lighting adds a touch of luxury to the dining experience.

Indoor greenery plays a pivotal role in enhancing the overall experience within the Centre. Throughout the space, carefully selected plants and vegetation are strategically placed to add aesthetic appeal and create a sense of tranquillity and connection with nature. This thoughtful integration enhances the overall experience for visitors and fosters a deeper connection with the natural world, promoting improved air quality, stress reduction, and a sense of well-being. Additionally, abundant natural light floods the space, creating an open, uplifting atmosphere that positively impacts mood and productivity.

The project has been successful in providing them with opportunities to de-stress throughout the day while also catering to potential clients by incorporating a combination of luxury design and natural elements.
