Ingredients for Kids Pasta Salad recipe

Instructions in making Kids Pasta Salad recipe

Step 1

Follow instructions for cooking the pasta and let it cool.

Step 2

Combine the pasta and pepperoni, tomatoes, and cheddar cheese.

Step 3

In a mixing bowl whisk together oil, parmesan cheese, vinegar, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Step 4

Add a little dressing at a time and mix well.  You will have some leftovers, do not use all of the dressing.

Step 5

Keep in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

  • 400 g Pasta Bow Ties
  • Pepperoni
  • Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • Cheddar Cheese, cubed
  • 3/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Peppe

Instructions

    1. Cook the pasta as instructed in the package, then let it cool.
    2. In a mixing bowl, combine pasta, pepperoni tomatoes, and cheddar cheese.
    3. Whisk oil, parmesan cheese, vinegar, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper together.
    4. Add a little dressing and mix well.
    5. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving!
