This microwave s’mores recipe is quick and simple. You can make smores in the microwave any time of the day and any time of year regardless of the weather.
Gooey marshmallows with melted chocolate, sandwiched between crispy graham crackers… it is an understatement to say s’mores are my weakness. Hands down the coolest part of making s’mores in the microwave is watching the marshmallows expand in the microwave as they cook! It’s always my daughter’s favorite part, watching through the microwave door, as the marshmallows expand, and then quickly return to their regular size as soon as the microwave stops.
