Democrats are having meltdowns over Joe Biden and where they stand on “Cognitive Decline Gate.”
As we reported earlier, Rep. Nancy Pelosi had a tough time when she was asked about it on “Morning Joe.” What was weird was she said it was up to Joe Biden “to decide if he was going to run,” as though he hadn’t already been saying he wasn’t stepping aside.

She said they were “all encouraging him to make that decision, because time is running short.”
She’s then told he’s made the decision, then asked what she thinks. She again plays this game of “I want him to do what he wants to do.” She tries to deflect, saying let him deal with the NATO summit that he’s hosting, rather than this right now.
Then it’s fascinating because she admits she’s telling people not to put out negative things about him publicly, but “wait” until they see how he does at the NATO summit this week. Sounds like she’s admitting that’s the test that he needs to pass or they might through him under the bus.

But then she wasn’t done with stepping in it yet.
ABC reporter Rachel Scott tries to ask her some questions in the hallway about Biden, and she freaks out on her for daring to ask her questions in the hallway:
Speaker Pelosi tells me Biden can win
She says she won’t make comments in the hallway about “the fate of our nation”
When I asked if Biden should run she said

She said that she wouldn’t answer questions in the hallway about “the fate of our nation.”
Every media person asks questions in the hallway; how is this any surprise? It’s just that she doesn’t want to answer the question about Biden.
Then when Scott persisted, as she should, Pelosi let loose on her in a nasty attack, “Am I speaking English to you? I’m not going to be making any statements about any of that right now in the hallway.”
Speaking English? Talk about being disrespectful to a reporter. If a Republican had done that, Democrats would be screaming about how she was attacking the free press and was racist.
How dare she ask about what you guys are going to do. You elites should just be able to decide to remove him or not because that’s “democracy.” Not.
But it’s an indication of how unhinged they are about this now.
